We are a growing architectural firm serving clients across California and Texas, and we're looking for a reliable architectural and engineering professional or team for a long-term collaboration. We need experienced professionals who can produce permit-ready Architectural, Structural, and MEP plans that meet California and Texas city codes and permitting requirements. The ability to coordinate across disciplines and deliver accurate, high-quality drawings is essential. Services Required: Architectural permit plans Structural engineering plans and calculations MEP (Mechanical, Electrical & Plumbing) plans Revisions based on city comments Coordination between Architecture, Structural, and MEP disciplines Permit-ready drawing sets that comply with local city standards Requirements: Strong experience with California and Texas building codes Ability to deliver complete, permit-ready drawing packages Excellent communication and reliable turnaround times Available for long-term project-based work Licensed professionals or experienced teams are preferred To Apply: Please include: A portfolio or samples of permit-ready Architectural, Structural, and MEP projects Examples of projects completed for California or Texas (preferred) A brief introduction about your team and experience Your software proficiency (AutoCAD, Revit, ETABS, RAM, etc.) Your availability and typical turnaround time We are looking for a dependable long-term partner who can consistently deliver quality work and help us manage multiple projects as our workload continues to grow.
