Architectural 3D Exterior & Interior Rendering with shop drawings

I need an experienced 3D artist to create realistic renders for a modern residential home. The AutoCAD drawings are ready, so the project involves creating the 3D model and producing high-quality photorealistic renders suitable for client presentations with shop drawings. Project Requirements: Create a 3D sketchup/revit model from the provided CAD drawings Deliver 4 photorealistic exterior and 20 interior renderings Apply realistic materials, textures, and lighting Add landscaping, vehicles, and a few people for realism Deliver high-resolution final images Please share examples of similar residential rendering projects you've completed. A strong portfolio is more important than a long proposal. Good communication and meeting deadlines are important. If this project goes well, there will be more work on future residential and interior visualization projects.
