3D Architectural Floorplan Model & Render

We are seeking an experienced architectural visualisation specialist to create accurate, high-quality 3D floorplans for a three-storey residential building. We will provide architectural plans, photographs of completed and furnished apartments, photographs and links to furniture, fixtures & finishes, examples showing 3D floorplan style we are intending to create. We are wanting an accurate 3D floorplan of each floor in the building with all furniture, fixtures, finishes etc. represented accurately; as well as a separate, high-resoultion 3D floorplan renter of each studio typology. The 3D floorplans should resemble polished architectural marketing renders rather than construction drawings or basic floor-planning software exports. The end outcome is to have a top-down or lightly elevated architectural view with realistic furniture, materials, and textures, with no text, labels, dimensions, or logos. Please review the examples of the type of plan that will be provided, along with examples of the desired 3D floorplan we are wanting to create for an apartment. The project includes approximately 20 different studio typologies of 18sqm each. The building contains 3 levels and the total floor area of the building to be modeled is 800sqm (8000ft). In your application, please provide examples of furnished 3D floorplans you have completed, and your proposed fee for the project. This is for one building, though if we are happy with the outcome we will consider the rest of our portfolio of residential buildings.
