3D Architectural Fly through Video Animation for New Apartment Building (Studio & 2-Bed)

Project Overview: We are pre-leasing a brand-new residential building, with an upcoming October 1st move-in date. I am a communications director looking to hire a skilled 3D artist to create one, high-quality, photorealistic interior walkthrough videos to showcase our two units to prospective residents while the building is still under construction. Scope of Work: You will create a smooth, cinematic 3D walkthrough animation videos based on our provided documents: 1. Unit 1: A Studio apartment layout with inverted layout design. 2. Unit 2: A 2-Bedroom / 1-Bathroom apartment layout. Assets We Will Provide: To ensure accuracy, we will provide a ZIP file containing: • Official 2D architectural blueprints and dimensional floor plans. • An existing high-quality interior rendering of the kitchen (to use as a strict guide for cabinet colors, countertop materials, flooring, and lighting style). • A bird's-eye view rendering of the property exterior for context. Requirements & Deliverables: • Main Videos: Two (2) horizontal (16:9) eye-level walkthrough videos (1 for the Studio, 1 for the 2-Bed). • Video Length: Approx. 40 seconds, 15-20 seconds per unit. • Camera Movement: A slow, professional, eye-level "fly-through" or camera track (e.g., entering the front door, panning through the kitchen/living area, walking into the main bedroom/bathroom). • Staging: The units must be tastefully staged with modern, minimalist furniture that fits the target demographic of young professionals and families. • Resolution: 1080p Full HD (60fps preferred) in MP4 format, optimized for embedding on a website landing page and running on Facebook/LinkedIn ads. • Revisions: Please include at least 2 rounds of minor revisions in your quote (for furniture adjustments or lighting tweaks). • Social Media Cuts: Two (2) 15-20 second vertical (9:16) short-form cuts (1 per unit) optimized for Instagram Reels, Facebook Stories, and LinkedIn video ads. These should feature quick, high-energy transitions focusing on the best features (e.g., kitchen, natural light, home office space). • Still Renderings: A total of 6-8 high-resolution 3D still image renderings (3-4 per unit) pulled from the best angles of the completed 3D models (e.g., wide shot of the living area, view from the bedroom, close-up of finishes). Aesthetic Style: The interior should feel bright, airy, and welcoming. Please use our provided kitchen rendering to match the exact materials (cabinet finishes, countertops, flooring, and paint tones) throughout the rest of the apartment layouts.
