Architectural 3D Model + Photorealistic Exterior Rendering (AutoCAD DWG Required)

**Title: Architectural 3D Model + Photorealistic Exterior Rendering (AutoCAD DWG Required)** We are seeking an experienced architectural visualization professional to create both an editable 3D AutoCAD model and a complete set of photorealistic exterior renderings for a custom residential property. We have a complete architectural drawing set and landscape plans. We are not looking for design services. We are looking for accurate 3D modeling and high-end visualization. **Scope of Work** Using the provided architectural and landscape drawings, create: * Fully editable 3D AutoCAD (.DWG) model * Complete site model including: * House * Pool * Pool deck * Patio areas * Outdoor living spaces * Hardscape * Landscape elements * Site grading as shown on plans * Driveways and walkways * Fencing, walls, and site features shown in drawings **Rendering Requirements** Produce photorealistic renderings of the entire exterior property, including: * Front elevation views * Rear elevation views * Pool area perspectives * Backyard perspectives * Aerial/bird's-eye views * Daytime renderings * Optional dusk/evening renderings Renderings should include realistic materials, landscaping, lighting, shadows, water, and environmental context. **Deliverables** Required: * Native AutoCAD 3D model (.DWG) * All associated CAD files * High-resolution rendered images (minimum 4K) * Rights transferred to client upon completion Preferred: * Native rendering source files (3ds Max, V-Ray, Corona, Lumion, Twinmotion, etc.) * Layered and organized model structure **Important** The AutoCAD 3D model is a required deliverable. We intend to maintain and edit the model in the future, so the project must not be delivered solely as rendered images. Please provide: 1. Examples of residential exterior renderings 2.
