Architectural 3D Modeler / SketchUp Production Artist

We are looking for an architectural 3D modeler or small production team to convert residential CAD files, floorplans, and exterior elevations into clean, accurate 3D models. We need production-ready architectural models that can later be used for AI rendering, image generation, animation, and walkthroughs. Scope of work: - Review provided CAD files, floorplans, roof plans, and exterior elevations - Build an accurate 3D model in SketchUp or a similar 3D architecture workflow - Model exterior massing, roof forms, windows, doors, decks, porches, garages, and key architectural details - Model main interior spaces including kitchen, dining, living/great room, bedrooms, bathrooms, entry, office, laundry/mudroom, and stairs where applicable - Add generic but tasteful furniture, fixtures, cabinetry, lighting, and basic decor to each major interior space - Apply basic realistic materials such as wood floors, painted walls, tile, stone, glass, cabinets, countertops, roofing, siding, etc. - Create selected hero camera views for interiors and exterior elevations - Organize the file cleanly so it can be reused for rendering and AI animation workflows Required deliverables: - Native SketchUp file `.skp` or agreed equivalent - Exportable 3D model format such as `.fbx`, `.obj`, `.dae`, or `.glb` - Named camera scenes for hero views - Furnished main interior rooms - Exterior modeled from elevations - Basic materials applied - Clean layers/tags/components/groups - 4K preview exports of selected views - Source plan/elevation references kept aligned in the file for quality control Please include: - Your estimated cost per home - Your turnaround time per home - Whether you work alone or with a team - What software you use - Whether you can handle ongoing volume ( I have 15 ready to be made and will have 100+ similar homeplans)
