Architectural 3D Modelling & Rendering – Residential Development

Job Title: Architectural 3D Modelling & Rendering – Residential Development We are seeking an experienced Architectural 3D Visualisation Specialist / Freelance Architect to create a complete 3D model and photorealistic walkthrough renders for a residential development project . The ideal candidate must have a strong understanding of Indian contemporary/modern residential architecture, local material availability, and standard construction finishes. Files Provided Architectural Working Drawings (PDF) Structural Drawings (PDF) DWG / AutoCAD Files Material, Texture, and Colour Palette Sheet Scope of Work Stage 1 – Exterior Design & Elevation Complete 3D site massing and boundary model. Building front and side elevations (Modern/Contemporary Indian aesthetic). Compound wall, gates, driveways, landscaping, and exterior lighting design. Accurate mapping of Indian material finishes (e.g., ACP sheets, texture paint, stone cladding, louvers, UPVC/Aluminium windows). Deliverables: 3-4 High-quality, photorealistic exterior 4K renders + original source files. Stage 2 – Interior Design & Walkthrough Modular Kitchen: Modern layout (including chimney, cabinetry, and breakfast counter). Living & Dining Areas: False ceiling design, lighting layout, and furniture placement. Bedrooms (Master & Guest): Wardrobes, bed backwall concepts, and flooring textures. Bathrooms: CP fittings, sanitary ware layout, and wall tiling concepts. Staircase & Common Areas: Railing designs and foyer treatments. Deliverables: 6-8 High-quality interior renders + updated final source files. Payment Terms (Milestone-Based) Milestone 1 (50%): Upon completion, review, and approval of all Stage 1 (Exterior Elevation) deliverables. Milestone 2 (50%): Upon completion, review, and approval of all Stage 2 (Interior) deliverables and successful handover of final source files. Requirements & Qualifications Experience: Proven track record with Indian residential developments, independent villas, or builder floors. Technical Skills: Proficiency in 3ds Max + V-Ray/Corona, Blender, SketchUp + Lumion/Enscape, or Revit. Portfolio: A portfolio showcasing completed Indian residential projects is mandatory. IP Rights: All source files and intellectual property (IP) will be transferred to the client upon final milestone release. Optional: Understanding of basic Vastu guidelines regarding placement/directions is a plus.
