Architectural Plans for Second Story Addition to Property

I am looking for an experienced residential architect or architectural designer to help design a second story addition for a single family property. The goal is to maximize the living space while creating a design that is both structurally practical and aesthetically consistent with the existing property. I am looking for someone who has experience designing residential additions in the United States and who can produce permit ready construction drawings. This is not a conceptual design project. Im looking for someone who can take the project from the initial planning phase through a complete architectural drawing package suitable for permitting and coordination with a structural engineer. Property is located in Queens County NY.
