Architectural Rendering + Interior Rendering

We need a senior 3D Architectural Visualization artist for a modern building project. Two types of deliverables: A) FURNISHED FLOOR PLAN - 1 modern, fully-furnished architectural floor plan of a 1+1 apartment (one bedroom + living room). - Contemporary interior styling, presentation-quality (rendered/colored, not raw CAD lines). B) EXTERIOR RENDERS - 3–4 photorealistic exterior renders of the building. - Street-level context with shopfronts/retail visible, realistic sky and surroundings. - Both DAYTIME and NIGHT / DUSK lighting. (Note: if the same view is delivered in both day and night, each lighting version counts as a separate render.) - High quality, photorealistic, presentation-grade. WE PROVIDE: AutoCAD files (plans/elevations) + reference photos + style references. PROCESS: Milestone-based. We'd like to START WITH 1 render to confirm quality and style, then commission the rest. REQUIREMENTS: Please share a portfolio with (1) photorealistic EXTERIOR architectural renders and (2) furnished floor-plan visuals. Software: 3ds Max + Corona/V-Ray or Blender. Magazine-quality, ultra-luxury styling. QUALITY BAR: We are aiming for WORLD-CLASS, ultra-luxury CGI — the level of top international archviz studios.
