Help Me Bring My Home Design Vision to Life with 3D Renderings I am looking for a skilled 3D rendering / visualization specialist to create realistic exterior and interior renderings** of a home design I have already developed. This is a rendering-only project. I am not looking for architectural plans or construction drawings. Project Overview I will provide: * My floor plan * Existing 3D exterior model information * Example homes and images that reflect the style I’m going for The goal is to create true-to-life renderings that help me finalize the overall design direction before handing the project off to an architect for final design drawings. What I’m Looking For * Realistic exterior renderings * Realistic interior renderings * A design that fits my floor plan and overall house concept * Exterior styling inspired by the example homes I provide * A modern farmhouse look and feel (See pics) * Great room features including clerestory-style windows / dormer lighting elements * Someone who can bring the design to life visually without me needing to pre-spec every detail End Goal The purpose of this project is to help me finalize the visual design of the house — inside and out — before sending it to an architect for final design drawings. Deliverables Please provide: * Exterior renderings * Interior renderings * Revisions as needed to refine colors, materials, and finishes Please apply only if you have strong experience creating realistic residential renderings** and can take an existing floor plan and inspiration images and turn them into a believable final visual concept.
