Architectural Visualisation Partner Needed (Long-Term) We are launching a premium structural building brand in New Zealand called IronLab. ironlab.co.nz Our goal is to build the highest quality architectural imagery in the agricultural building industry. Unlike traditional steel shed companies, our buildings use an engineered cold-formed steel structural system. The engineering itself is part of our brand, so structural accuracy is extremely important. We already have: SketchUp models of our existing buildings Engineering design guides Connection details Product photography Brand guidelines Website under development We are looking for a long-term visualisation partner, not someone for a single render. Phase 1 – Paid Trial We will provide: SketchUp (.skp) models Engineering guides Connection details Photos of the real structures Website concepts and branding Your task is to: 1. Create a clean master model Using our existing SketchUp model: Remove the shipping containers Convert the system to slab-mounted columns Preserve the existing structural language Preserve connection details Maintain realistic engineering proportions We are not looking for generic steel portal frames. Accuracy is critical. Attention to engineering detail is far more important than artistic interpretation. 2. Produce one hero render Create a premium marketing render suitable for the homepage of our agricultural building range. Requirements: Photorealistic New Zealand rural environment Premium architectural quality Flush concrete slab Correct structural members Correct connection plates Hot-dip galvanised finish No generic hot-rolled I-beams Commercial advertising quality Long-Term Opportunity The successful applicant will become our preferred visualisation partner for: Feedpad buildings Composting barns Machinery sheds Workshops Industrial buildings Website imagery Brochures Advertising campaigns Future product launches This is intended to be an ongoing relationship rather than a one-off project. Success looks like this The final image should look as though it was photographed on a completed project—not recognised as a computer-generated render. We are aiming for architectural marketing quality similar to premium commercial developments rather than typical industrial visualisations. The building must match our supplied engineering references. We are looking for someone who enjoys creating accurate, premium architectural imagery—not generic warehouse renders.
