Architectural 3D Visualization & Interior Design Support for Luxury Custom Home We are building a custom luxury home (approximately 9,500 sq. ft.) and are looking for a highly skilled architectural visualization artist/interior designer to create photorealistic 3D renderings of every room in the home. This is not a project where you'll be expected to develop an entire design concept from scratch. I have a very clear vision and extensive Pinterest boards, inspiration photos, and reference images that define the overall aesthetic. I'm looking for someone who can bring those ideas to life with exceptional realism while providing thoughtful feedback where needed. If you do have some interior design skills this would be beneficial though, as I would like some help with the bathroom designs. Project Scope The project includes creating photorealistic 3D renderings for (not cartoon type drawings): * Kitchen * Pantry * Dining room * Living room * Primary bedroom * Primary bathroom * Primary closet * Powder rooms * Secondary bathrooms * Laundry rooms * Mudroom * Office * Gym * Hallways * Entry * Outdoor living areas * Any remaining finished spaces *Guest suite kitchen The goal is to visualize the entire home before construction progresses so every detail is finalized. Design Style The aesthetic is clean, timeless, and understated. Think: * Scandinavian-inspired * Warm minimalism * High-end custom home * Natural materials * White oak * Brass finishes * Large-format stone * Soft neutral palette * Luxury without excessive ornamentation I prefer simplicity over complexity. What I'll Provide I will provide: * Floor plans (DWG/PDF) * Room dimensions * Pinterest boards * Inspiration photos * Cabinet references * Material inspiration * Fixture references * Overall design direction In many cases, I'll tell you exactly what I want and where I want it. What I Need From You Photorealistic 3D Renderings I am looking for renderings that are realistic enough to look like completed photographs—not stylized or cartoon-like. Lighting, textures, materials, reflections, and proportions should feel true to life. Design Development While I already know what I want in most areas, I'd appreciate guidance on details such as: * Selecting complementary tile * Coordinating materials * Balancing colors and textures * Refining layouts where appropriate * Suggesting improvements while staying true to my vision Dimensioned Design Drawings In addition to renderings, I'd like dimensioned drawings for important custom elements, including items such as: * Kitchen island dimensions * Countertop overhangs * Cabinet sizes * Backsplash heights * Floating shelf dimensions * Vanity layouts * Shower layouts * Bench sizes * Built-in cabinetry * Fireplace dimensions * Ceiling details * Wall panel layouts * Lighting placement These drawings should be detailed enough that our builder and cabinet shop can use them as references during construction. Important I am not looking for someone to source products or create shopping lists. I will be sourcing most materials, fixtures, appliances, and furnishings myself. Your role is to help visualize the home, refine the design where appropriate, and document the important dimensions. Software Please mention what software you use.
