Photorealistic Architectural Renderings for Residential Project – Urgent We are seeking an experienced Architectural Visualization Specialist to produce fully photorealistic renderings for a single-family residential project. The ideal candidate has a strong architectural background and produces images indistinguishable from real photography. This is an urgent, high-priority engagement requiring immediate start. Scope of Work Produce photorealistic renderings for: Interiors Living Room Kitchen Dining area One full Bedroom All Bathrooms Exteriors Front elevation Rear elevation Total expected output: 8 to 12 finished renders. Quality Expectations: We require true photorealism, including: Correct natural lighting Realistic reflections and shadows Proper material roughness and gloss Accurate tile scale, grout lines, metal finishes No distortion, no AI artifacts Sharp, clean architectural detailing Real-world camera perspective and depth of field We do not want: Sketch-style renders AI-generated guesswork Game-like visuals Overly stylized or imaginary interpretations Preferred Software: Candidate must use one of the following professional pipelines: Primary Options Revit + V-Ray Revit + Enscape (photoreal mode) 3ds Max + Corona Renderer 3ds Max + V-Ray Blender + Cycles Post Production Adobe Photoshop for final color correction, sky replacement, material polishing, etc. Not Allowed: AI-only workflows Midjourney / Stable Diffusion / Firefly render substitutions Unreal/Lumen “game engine style” unless indistinguishable from photography SketchUp clay or conceptual output We need architectural-grade accuracy and realism. Inputs We Will Provide: Full floor plans with dimensions Room measurements and ceiling heights Detailed finish schedule Fixture schedule (plumbing, lighting, cabinets, mirrors) Tile samples and material swatches Design intent / mood board images Product reference photos Site context photos (optional) All assets will be provided in a structured Drive folder. Requirements: Ability to recreate the spaces exactly according to drawings Apply correct material scale and PBR settings Produce consistent visual language across all rooms Ability to handle quick iteration cycles Strong communication skills and ability to deliver daily progress updates Experience with American residential interior design a major plus Deliverables: 8–12 photorealistic renderings (minimum 3840px width) One daytime lighting version for interiors One evening/ambient version is a plus Source files (Revit, Max, Blender, etc.) 2 to 3 revision rounds included Timeline: Initial drafts within 48 hours Final renders within 2-3 days Must be available to start immediately.
