Architectural 3D Visualization for Building Project

We are an architecture company based in Sarajevo, Bosnia and Herzegovina, specializing in residential and commercial projects. We are looking for a skilled Architectural 3D Visualization Specialist for a long-term collaboration. Our primary focus is on large residential developments, apartment buildings, and industrial projects. We are seeking a reliable professional who can become a long-term partner and support our team with high-quality architectural visualizations. As an initial test project, we will provide a simple family house. This project will allow us to evaluate your modeling skills, rendering quality, attention to detail, communication, and overall workflow. Successful collaboration on this first assignment may lead to regular work on larger and more complex projects. For each project, we will provide: - 2D floor plans - Elevations - Sections - Site plans (when available) - Material references and design guidelines We require: - Photorealistic exterior renderings - Interior renderings when required - Realistic materials, lighting, landscaping, and surroundings - High-resolution images suitable for presentations, investors, marketing materials, and project approvals - Revisions based on our feedback Requirements - Strong portfolio of architectural visualizations - Experience with residential and commercial architecture - Excellent 3D modeling and rendering skills - Good understanding of architectural design and construction documentation - Strong communication and reliability
