Architectural Visualizer- Restaurant Interior Expansion (600 Sq Ft Expansion)

Project Description: I am looking to hire an experienced architectural designer and/or visualization specialist for a commercial restaurant interior project. The Project: We have exterior drawinsg of adding approximately 600 square feet to an existing building, along with changing the front parking lot into an outdoor patio area. I need a professional to take these current interior picture, the exterior renderings and new sample pictures to design a realistic, detailed visual of what the finished interior will look like once the addition is complete. What I Need: - A realistic and accurate design layout of the existing space - Exact measurements and dimensions clearly labeled throughout all drawings - 2D architectural drawings including floor plan and interior elevations - 3D photorealistic interior renderings showing the completed restaurant from multiple angles (minimum 2–3 views) - All final files delivered in high resolution PDF and image formats Ideal Freelancer: - Experienced in designing commercial restaurant and bar interiors - Portfolio must include realistic 3D renderings and clean 2D technical drawings - Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, Lumion, or V-Ray Requirements: 20+ completed Upwork jobs 4.9+ Job Success Score Prior restaurant or bar design experience Prior project(s) based in US or EU To Apply: Include restaurant or bar exterior portfolio samples.
