Seeking an experienced professional to prepare architectural and engineering plans for a ranch style residential new build in the City of Phoenix. The project requires compliance with City of Phoenix residential permit requirements and the 2021 IRC and IECC. Deliverables include a full architectural plan set, structural engineering, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing plans, and compliance reports. The ideal candidate will have experience with Phoenix permits and can deliver plans by 2.1.25.
