Architectural and structural and MEP for new design commercial in Alabama

I am looking for an Alabama Certified Engineer who can handle the package for the design of a new retail outlet. I have attached a sample design of what I'm wanting done. Keep in mind that AI made it and it's not 100% to scale. A few dimensions will change. I'm providing the outside design and then the inside design of the middle unit. I need someone who can handle the full scope of the project. Architectural design, structure, MEP, life safety plan. Full package and Alabama stamp for Oxford, Alabama. 3 files are attached: Building design Middle tenant design is 85x30 and I am provide the layout design. The from half is 40x30 and the back half design are the 2 pictures I've provided - which is the bottom floor of the back half and the mezzanine top floor of the back half. The front will have 10' drop ceilings and the back half will have lower ceilings to support the design.
