# AI Architecture, BIM & Visualization Production Lead ## Luxury Resort and Hospitality Projects — Remote, Long-Term SOIL is developing a portfolio of premium eco-luxury resort and hospitality projects across India. Our in-house leadership team already develops the core project vision, architectural concept, resort programming, Vastu direction, brand language, landscape intent and visual references. We are not looking for a conventional draftsman or a person who only creates isolated renders. We require an experienced AI-first architectural production specialist, BIM professional or small integrated studio capable of converting approved concepts into a coordinated digital project package—from master planning and building modelling through architectural documentation, visualization and walkthrough production. ## Primary Objective Create a fast, repeatable and scalable AI-assisted architectural production workflow for multiple resort projects. The selected professional must be able to receive: • Site information and survey/CAD files • Approved area programme • Vastu controls • Concept sketches • Reference images • Cottage and facility requirements • Landscape and circulation intent • Written revision instructions And convert them into a structured and editable project package. ## Required Deliverables Depending on the assigned project stage, the specialist will be expected to produce: ### Site and Master Planning • Accurate site setup from CAD, survey or coordinates • Resort zoning and land-use planning • Unit placement and accommodation distribution • Internal roads, pathways and golf-cart circulation • Landscape, water-body and open-space coordination • Area statements and schedule reconciliation • Multiple planning options for review ### Architecture and BIM • Editable architectural or BIM model • Floor plans • Roof plans • Furniture layouts • Sections • Elevations • Door and window schedules • Room and unit schedules • Area schedules • Material and finish references • Coordinated drawing sheets • Export-ready DWG, PDF and model files ### Interior and Furniture Documentation • Furniture layouts using realistic dimensions • Ceiling and lighting layouts where required • Interior elevations • Kitchen, wardrobe and fixed-furniture layouts • Toilet and wet-area layouts • Basic room finish schedules ### Visualization • High-quality exterior and interior renders • Day, evening and night-view scenes • Landscape visualization • Aerial masterplan views • Walkthrough-ready scenes • Short architectural walkthrough videos • Fast visual revisions without rebuilding the complete model ### Workflow and Automation • AI-assisted option generation • Parametric or template-based repetitive unit production • Automated or semi-automated drawing generation • Model-to-drawing coordination • Standardized file naming and version control • Repeatable workflow for multiple resort locations • Identification of tasks that can be automated through APIs, scripts, plugins or templates ## Relevant Software and Technology Applicants do not need to use every tool listed below, but they must demonstrate a reliable end-to-end workflow using an appropriate combination of professional platforms. Relevant tools may include: • Autodesk Forma • Revit • Archicad • Snaptrude • Rhino and Grasshopper • AutoCAD • Coohom • SketchUp • Blender • D5 Render • Twinmotion • Enscape • Unreal Engine • AI image and video tools • BIM automation plugins • Dynamo, Grasshopper, Python or API-based workflows Software names alone are not sufficient. We will evaluate the actual workflow, editability, dimensional accuracy and quality of the final deliverables. ## Mandatory Requirements • Demonstrable experience in architectural or BIM production • Evidence of AI-assisted design or automation workflows • Ability to produce editable models, not only rendered images • Ability to generate coordinated plans, sections and elevations • Strong understanding of dimensions, levels and architectural documentation • Experience producing large-site, villa, resort, hotel or township work is preferred • Ability to work from client-developed concepts without changing the approved design intent • Fast response and disciplined revision management • Reliable remote communication and screen-sharing availability • Ability to begin immediately ## Important Scope Boundary The selected professional will support design development and production documentation. Final statutory submissions, structural design, MEP design, fire engineering and construction approvals may require review and certification by the relevant licensed consultants appointed for each project jurisdiction. The specialist must therefore produce coordinated and professionally structured files that can be reviewed by those consultants. ## Do Not Apply If • You only create AI-generated concept images • You only know basic AutoCAD drafting • You only provide static renders without editable source files • You require training in your proposed software • You cannot show plans, sections, elevations or BIM documentation • You cannot maintain dimensional accuracy • You use AI imagery to conceal an incomplete architectural model • You cannot share a real project workflow through screen sharing ## Application Requirements Your proposal must include: 1. Confirmation that you will provide editable source files Applications without evidence of editable architectural production work will not be shortlisted. ## Selection Process ### Stage 1 — Portfolio Verification We will verify that submitted plans, models, renders and walkthroughs belong to the applicant. ### Stage 2 — Live Workflow Demonstration Shortlisted applicants must demonstrate their actual workflow through screen sharing. They may be asked to: • Import a sample CAD or floor plan • Create or modify walls and levels • Generate a section or elevation • Change unit placement • Update furniture • Produce a quick visualization • Export an editable drawing or model ### Stage 3 — Paid Pilot Assignment The paid pilot will involve one limited project component, such as: • One resort cottage • One small facility building • One masterplan zone • One accommodation cluster The applicant must deliver the editable model, drawing set and visualization output. ### Stage 4 — Long-Term Appointment The successful individual or studio may be appointed for multiple eco-luxury hospitality projects. ## Working Relationship This is intended to become a serious, long-term production partnership.
