Senior SharePoint DMS Architect / Microsoft 365 Solution Expert About the Role We are seeking a highly experienced SharePoint and Microsoft 365 expert to design, implement, and optimize an enterprise-grade Document Management System (DMS) for international real estate development, financial operations, and bank reporting workflows. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in SharePoint Online architecture, Power Automate, NetSuite ERP integration, metadata-driven document management, workflow automation, and enterprise security governance. This role requires a hands-on architect capable of transforming fragmented operational processes into a centralized, scalable, and highly automated SharePoint ecosystem. ⸻ Key Responsibilities * Design and implement enterprise SharePoint Online DMS architecture * Build metadata-driven document management structures * Configure SharePoint Hub Sites and information architecture * Develop and manage Managed Metadata Term Store taxonomy * Implement SharePoint Document Sets with metadata inheritance * Integrate SharePoint with NetSuite ERP systems * Develop advanced Power Automate workflows * Automate invoice processing and approval workflows * Implement contract-to-invoice-to-payment matching processes * Automate MT940 / CSV bank statement parsing and reconciliation * Create automated Word/PDF reporting solutions * Configure secure external collaboration environments * Implement Microsoft Entra ID / Azure AD B2B access governance * Develop JSON-formatted dashboards and SharePoint views * Ensure compliance, auditability, and enterprise security standards * Support international rollout and scalability planning ⸻ Required Skills & Experience * Expert-level experience with SharePoint Online and Microsoft 365 * Strong background in SharePoint-based Document Management Systems * Advanced Power Automate and workflow automation experience * Experience with SharePoint REST API integrations * Strong knowledge of Managed Metadata and Term Store * Experience implementing SharePoint Document Sets * Experience integrating SharePoint with NetSuite ERP * Knowledge of invoice processing and financial workflows * Experience with Microsoft Entra ID / Azure AD security governance * Strong understanding of external sharing and compliance controls * Experience with automated document generation solutions * Knowledge of bank reconciliation and payment workflows * Strong JSON formatting skills for SharePoint UI customization * Experience designing scalable enterprise architectures ⸻ Nice to Have * Real estate development industry experience * Loan drawdown and bank reporting experience * MT940 bank statement processing experience * Multi-country rollout experience * IFRS and outsourced accounting process knowledge * Azure Functions or PnP PowerShell experience * Experience working with banking and auditing environments ⸻ Project Scope The system will support: * Contract management * Invoice processing * Payment reconciliation * Automated financial reporting * External auditor and bank collaboration * Multi-country operational rollout ⸻ Ideal Candidate We are looking for a proactive and technically strong expert who can independently lead architecture decisions, implement automation workflows, and deliver a secure, scalable, and future-proof SharePoint DMS platform for enterprise financial and operational management.
