ISA / Executive Assistant About Me I am a real estate professional with over 25 years of experience, seeking an exceptional ISA/Executive Assistant to be a key part of my business. This is not a traditional virtual assistant position. This is not an entry-level opportunity. I am not looking for someone who simply checks tasks off a list, sends generic follow ups, or waits to be told what to do. I am looking for someone who can think, communicate, solve problems, build relationships, and help ensure that no opportunity falls through the cracks. Real estate is a relationship business. Every conversation matters. Every follow up matters. Every missed lead costs money. The right person understands that buyers and sellers do not convert because of automation alone. They convert because someone took the time to listen, communicate, follow up consistently, and build trust. You will become the first point of contact for many clients and prospects. You will represent my business through conversations, emails, texts, and follow up. This role sits at the intersection of relationship building, lead conversion, executive support, and operational excellence. Your Mission Your mission is simple: Create opportunities, build relationships, and keep the business moving forward. You will help ensure that no lead goes cold, no client feels forgotten, and no opportunity falls through the cracks. You will not simply manage tasks. You will help drive growth. Responsibilities ✅ Build relationships with buyer and seller leads through calls, text messages, email, and follow up ✅ Qualify prospects by understanding motivation, timelines, goals, and urgency ✅ Convert conversations into appointments through consistent and thoughtful communication ✅ Manage Follow Up Boss daily, including notes, tasks, pipelines, tags, and lead organization ✅ Utilize RealScout to engage buyers and maintain property searches ✅ Reactivate older and dormant leads ✅ Schedule, confirm, and coordinate appointments ✅ Maintain professional email communication and inbox management ✅ Support executive organization, follow ups, and task management ✅ Ensure every lead, conversation, and opportunity is properly documented ✅ Maintain organization while handling multiple priorities simultaneously ✅ Represent the business with professionalism and confidence Requirements 🔹 Previous experience as a Real Estate ISA, Executive Assistant, Client Success Specialist, or high level Virtual Assistant 🔹 Strong experience with Follow Up Boss is required 🔹 Experience with RealScout is strongly preferred 🔹 Excellent written and spoken English 🔹 Strong conversational skills and the ability to build rapport naturally 🔹 Proven lead conversion and appointment setting experience 🔹 High attention to detail and strong organizational skills 🔹 Ability to prioritize and manage multiple responsibilities 🔹 Comfortable making phone calls and having meaningful conversations 🔹 Self motivated, proactive, and capable of working independently 🔹 Ability to think critically and solve problems without constant supervision Who You Are You take ownership.
