Arkansas Licensed Architect (Residential Permit Sets)

Licensed Architect – Residential Duplex Permit Set (Ongoing Collaboration) Avail Technical Design Group (ATDG) is seeking a licensed U.S. architect to collaborate on a residential duplex development and future residential projects. We are looking for a long-term architectural partner who can provide technical oversight, code review, permit coordination, and architectural review throughout the project—not simply review the completed drawings at the end. Current Project Our current project is a new duplex development located in Arkansas. The project team already includes: Site planning and civil engineering A Revit production designer developing the concept model A selected stock house plan that will serve as the basis for the project Exterior redesign to a modern architectural style Project management provided by Avail Technical Design Group The architectural floor plan concept is substantially defined. The selected stock plan will be modified to suit the project requirements, and our production team will develop the model and construction documents in Revit. Scope of Services We are looking for an architect who can: Review the project from the early design stage. Provide architectural and code guidance throughout development. Review the Revit model and construction documents. Recommend revisions as needed for code compliance and constructability. Coordinate with our production team during permit document development. Review the completed permit set prior to submission. Provide architectural seal if required and appropriate under your license. This is intended to be a collaborative role throughout the project rather than a final drawing review. Preferred Qualifications Licensed Architect in the United States (please indicate licensed states). Experience with residential duplexes, townhomes, or multifamily projects. Experience preparing permit-ready construction documents. Familiarity with IRC and IBC. Experience working with Revit-based production teams. Strong communication skills. Deliverables Ongoing architectural consultation. Technical review throughout project development. Code compliance review. Permit drawing review.
