Armenia residence permit - local assistance needed

Hi, I'm looking for someone in Armenia to help me get temporary residency. I just need the residence card itself, not tax residency. I'm a Czech/Slovak citizen with no Armenian roots or family, so I assume it would be through the business route (registering as a sole entrepreneur or a small LLC as the basis). What I'd need to know: - Can you handle this yourself, or do you work with a local lawyer/agency? - Full cost end to end (state fees, translations/notary, company registration, your fee) - Can it be done remotely under a power of attorney, or do I need to come to Armenia at some point? - Realistic timeline until I actually have the card I'd prefer someone based in Armenia who has done this before.
