Art Assistant (Manga Style Preferred)

Overview We are seeking an experienced digital artist to join a fast-paced creative project producing short-form video content (Instagram Reels & TikTok). You will be responsible for taking provided storyboards and character/reference sheets and executing clean, polished line art/inks, which will then be passed off for final coloring. The goal of this project is to build a massive online reach through a high-volume batch of consistent, high-quality animatic reels (100+ short-form videos). Key Responsibilities Inking & Line Art: Convert provided storyboards and rough sequences into finished, clean digital line art. Style Matching: Strictly adhere to established character sheets and style guides to ensure visual consistency across all videos. Asset Handoff: Organize and deliver layered source files back to the team lead for coloring and final video assembly. Batch Execution: Work efficiently across an initial pipeline of 100+ short-form animatic clips. Qualifications & Skills Established Portfolio: Proven experience in digital line art, comic inking, animation cleanup, or storyboarding. Style Versatility: High ability to adapt to and replicate specific anime/manga or illustration art styles using provided references. Software Proficiency: Mastery of industry-standard digital art tools (e.g., Photoshop, Procreate, Clip Studio Paint, Krita). Communication & Reliability: Strong attention to detail, adherence to deadlines, and clear communication throughout the pipeline. Workflow & Pipeline Storyboard & Concept: Provided by Team Lead. Inking & Line Art: Executed by You using template and reference sheets. Coloring & Post-Production: Executed by Team Lead.
