About Us: Indicraft Trade (OPC) Private Limited is a registered handicraft export company with IEC certification. We work directly with artisans, clusters, NGOs, SHGs, and craft organizations across India to promote authentic Indian handicrafts in international B2B markets. We are building a storytelling-based website showcasing artisan profiles, craft heritage, and product collections — and we need passionate outreach executives to help us connect with artisans nationwide. Join our team as an Artisan Outreach Executive to connect with local artisans and promote their products. You'll build relationships, gather product information, and support our mission to empower artisans. This role requires strong communication skills and a passion for cultural exchange. The Artisan Outreach Executive will be responsible for contacting artisans across India through phone, WhatsApp, and digital channels, explaining our mission, collecting craft details, and helping artisans join our platform. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys communication, understands rural craft culture, and wants to support India’s artisan community. Key Responsibilities: Call artisans, clusters, NGOs, SHGs across India. Explain Indicraft Trade’s mission and onboarding process. Collect artisan stories, craft details, and product information. Maintain WhatsApp communication with artisan partners. Request and organize photos/videos of crafts. Build trust and long-term relationships with artisan communities Document craft processes, materials, sizes, pricing, and MOQ Assist artisans who are not digitally skilled Maintain daily outreach reports. Required Skills & Qualifications. Strong communication skills. Hindi + English + at least one regional language. (Bengali, Odia, Gujarati, Marathi, Tamil, Telugu, Kannada) Understanding of Indian handicrafts. (preferred) Experience working with rural or artisan communities. (preferred) Comfortable using WhatsApp, phone calls, and basic documentation. Respectful, patient, and culturally sensitive.
