Artisan Sourcing & Research Assistant in India

Hola! Mother Sierra is a US-based artisan fashion brand working with handmade crafts and artisan communities. We are looking for someone in India to help us research and connect with skilled artisans and small workshops producing: • beadwork • macrame • handmade accessories • stone decor • artisan home goods This role includes: • online research • WhatsApp communication • finding artisan clusters • organizing supplier information • helping coordinate samples • occasional translation/calls Requirements: • strong English • strong communication • highly organized • trustworthy • interest in handmade crafts and artisan work Bonus if you have: • sourcing experience • artisan/fair trade background • fashion or handicraft knowledge This starts as a paid research project with opportunity for long-term work.
