3D Artist (Blender) — Optimized GLB City Scene for Interactive Three.js Website

We need a 3D artist to build a city-in-the-clouds scene in Blender, exported as an optimized GLB for a Three.js website. We may purchase some ready-made models (e.g. city base, sculpture, kangaroo) from CGTrader or similar marketplaces — your job includes adapting and combining these with custom elements so the final scene looks fully cohesive, realistic, and high quality, not like mismatched stock assets. This is a flagship homepage scene, so overall visual quality matters as much as technical performance. See reference images and videos attached. What We Need City skyline above clouds, with a glowing particle/network element overhead Clouds, buildings, and network as separate meshes, not merged Supporting assets as separate meshes: ferry at a dock, partially-built stadium (wireframe look), koala, kangaroo, one uncoloured sculpture (recolourable later) Purchased/stock models re-worked as needed (retexture, relight, rescale) to match a consistent style across the whole scene Consistent scale, origin, and coordinate system throughout Final export as GLB, optimized, ~5MB target total Bonus: suggested camera path for a "descending into the city" sequence, included in the Blender file
