3D Artist Needed for Game-Ready Asset Creation (Hard Surface & Environment)

We are looking for a talented 3D Artist to create high-quality, game-ready 3D assets for an upcoming project. The ideal candidate has strong modeling skills, understands game asset optimization, and can produce clean topology with efficient UVs and textures suitable for modern game engines. Responsibilities Create detailed 3D models for games based on concept art or references. Model props, architectural elements, environment assets, and hard-surface objects. Produce optimized low-poly meshes while preserving visual quality. Create clean UV layouts and bake high-to-low details when necessary. Deliver assets compatible with Unity or Unreal Engine pipelines. Maintain consistent quality and style across all assets. Requirements Strong experience with Blender, 3ds Max, Maya, or similar 3D software. Experience creating game-ready assets with optimized topology. Knowledge of PBR workflow and texture creation. Ability to follow technical specifications. Understanding of polygon budgets and performance optimization. Experience with Substance Painter, Marmoset Toolbag.
