We perform upward of 15+ shows per week and are growing fast. We're looking for a sharp, self-motivated Artist Representative to take ownership of two weeks of our booking calendar every month, freeing up our lead representative to focus on performance and client relationships. This is a real role with real earning potential. You'll be calling activity directors, building relationships, confirming bookings, and managing logistics — all remotely, on your own schedule, during US business hours. You'll report directly to our lead Artist Representative, who will train you and support your success. What You'll Do • Book two full weeks of the artist's senior living performance calendar per month • Make outbound calls and send emails to activity directors at senior living facilities • Confirm bookings, send invoices, and manage scheduling on Google Calendar • Ensure proper travel time is built between shows • Maintain client communication professionally and in line with company standards • Track your activity and report weekly to the lead representative Onboarding & Ramp Period We want to set you up for success from day one. Here's how the first few weeks work: • Weeks 1–2 (Trial): $100/week flat. Approximately 10 hours of hands-on training with our lead rep. You'll learn our booking system, client communication style, and calendar tools before working independently. • Week ~3-4: $125/week training rate as you begin booking independently, stepping into the full compensation structure once ramped. • Week 5+: Full tiered base + commission structure activates. Compensation Base + commission structure. Most representatives in this role earn between $1,000–$1,600/month working 20–25 hours per week. Full compensation structure shared with serious applicants. What We're Looking For • Clear, confident communicator — you'll be calling senior living activity directors daily • Self-starter who can work independently without constant supervision • Available during US business hours (flexible within a general 9–5 window) • 20–25 hours per week availability • Reliable high-speed internet connection — VoIP calls and cloud tools must run without interruption • Quiet, professional phone environment Nice to Have (not required) • Experience with Google Calendar and Gmail • Background in senior living, assisted living, or healthcare facility coordination • Experience using a CRM or booking platform • Familiarity with Clarik.io (we'll train you either way) Growth Potential We're expanding. The right person in this role has a clear path to taking on a third — and eventually a fourth — week of calendar as we bring on additional entertainment talent. This isn't a dead-end task; it's a ground-floor opportunity with a growing entertainment company.
