Asana Configuration Engineer

Project overview: I need an experienced Asana specialist to set up and configure a demo Asana environment for a client presentation. The environment needs to be built at the organisation level (not workspace) with full access to Teams, Portfolios, and project templates. Scope of work: Set up an Asana organisation using a provided domain and demo email accounts. Configure a multi-project hierarchy including Teams, Portfolios, project templates, task types, and custom fields. Build the structure to a provided architecture document. Ensure the environment is demo-ready and functional for a live client walkthrough. Requirements: Proven Asana configuration experience at the organisation level. Familiarity with Teams, Portfolios, Rules, and custom fields. Ability to work from a detailed architecture document. Fast turnaround — this is time-sensitive.
