Assistant Account Manager

Not Rocket Science Trivia is a fast-growing live entertainment company that runs trivia nights at 300+ bars and restaurants across the United States. We strive to be the most fun part of the week for our players, trivia hosts, and clients! The Role We’re looking for a remote, virtual assistant to be our Assistant Account Manager. In this role, you’ll be the be the go-to problem-solver for our clients and hosts. You'll field calls, texts, and emails in real time to keep communication flowing smoothly between the venues we work with and the trivia hosts running the show. Your primary objective is to make sure each trivia night runs smoothly. What You'll Do • Handle client questions and concerns across phone, text, and email. • Solve last-minute issues and clearly communicate with clients and trivia hosts. • Be the liaison between trivia hosts and clients (primarily between 6pm-10:30pm EST). • Support the Director of Operations with day-to-day tasks as needed. Qualifications • Excellent written and spoken English communication. • You’re very confident having conversations over the phone with Americans. • Calm under pressure and able to make quick decisions. • Organized and can handle multiple requests at once. • Available from 6pm-10:30pm EST Monday-Thursday. • Personal computer and reliable internet connection. Nice To Have • Prior customer service or cold calling experience. • Knowledge about trivia nights and/or experience hosting them.
