Assistant+Operations

We're a premium performance chocolate brand building something genuinely new in the functional wellness space. You'll work directly with the founder — who held a leadership role in global marketing procurement at Amazon's US headquarters — as his right hand across administration, research, and project execution. This is a long-term role that starts focused and grows. We're looking for someone sharp, reliable, and excited to build alongside an early-stage brand. PLEASE NOTE: The interview will be conducted in English. If you do not have conversational English skills, please do not apply. What you'll do: General administration and day-to-day support for the founder Research using ChatGPT and similar AI tools (full training provided — you don't need to be an expert, but you should be comfortable learning) Coordinating with manufacturing and supplier partners, including our chocolate manufacturer in Kerala. Working with Logistics team on logistics solutions. Ad hoc projects assigned directly by the founder, expanding in scope as you grow into the role What we're looking for: Excellent written and spoken English Comfortable using AI tools (ChatGPT or similar) for research and tasks Highly organized, dependable, and able to work independently A proactive, problem-solving mindset Ongoing technology and tools training provided If you're organized, curious, and want to grow with an ambitious brand, we'd love to hear from you.
