Summary

We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated individual to join our team as an assistant scheduler. In this position, you will directly interact with patients, attorneys and medical providers. Must speak, read and write English and Spanish. Hours of operation are 8am to 5pm Eastern Standard Time. Fully remote position. Full time (40H per week) plus extra if the volume requires. Excellent phone and email etiquette. Be able to schedule multiple patients in our EMR and CRM system. Answer phone calls, texts and emails throughout the day. Monitor voicemail and return missed calls.
