Summary

We are a boutique branding and marcomms consultancy, specialising in social media strategy and brand management. We're executing a full-spectrum growth plan across Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook, and we need a sharp, creative, and data-driven assistant to help bring it to life. You will work closely with the lead strategist on everything from content ideation and video editing to paid ad execution and performance reporting. If you live on social media, obsess over food content, and get a kick out of watching metrics move — this role is for you. What You'll Work On 1. Content Strategy & Ideation - Develop weekly and monthly content plans across content pillars - Pitch creative concepts for IG Reels, TikTok series, carousels, and Stories. - You need to show knowledge and strength in various industries and for the Singapore region. 2. Video Editing & Content Production - Edit short-form videos for TikTok and Instagram Reels — including ASMR content, POV formats, reels and reaction series. 3. Paid Ads Management (Meta & TikTok) - Manage and optimise ad campaigns on Meta Ads Manager and TikTok Ads. - Own ad copy, creative testing and audience segmentation. - You have to show knowledge in creating ad sets, understand and analyse data from ad sets and propose proactive plans. 4. Scheduling & Publishing - Manage content calendars and schedule posts using tools such as Meta Business Suite, or equivalent. - Maintain consistent posting cadence across all platforms. 5. Analytics & Performance Reporting - Pull monthly performance reports across IG, Facebook and TikTok. - Analyse reach, engagement, ROAS, follower growth and footfall-linked metrics. - Translate data into actionable insights and recommendations. Must-Have Requirements 1. Minimum 2–3 years of hands-on social media and content management experience 2. Demonstrable F&B portfolio — show us content you have created for food or beverage brands 3. Proficient in Meta Ads Manager: campaign setup, ad sets creation, A/B testing, audience targeting, budget optimisation 4. Experience running TikTok Spark Ads or TikTok paid promotions 5. Competent video editor — comfortable with CapCut, Adobe Premiere, DaVinci Resolve or equivalent 6. Strong copywriting instincts — can write captions that are warm, local in voice, and on-brand 7. Comfortable analysing data and turning numbers into plain-language recommendations 8. Familiar with social media scheduling and MarTech tools (Meta Business Suite, ManyChat, MetriCool, Later, Buffer, Notion, Canva, etc.) 9. Organised self-starter who can manage multiple deadlines and content streams simultaneously Nice to Have - TikTok viral content experience - Influencer / KOL coordination - GrabFood / FoodPanda listing familiarity - Facebook Community Group management - Google Analytics or Meta setup - Understanding of localised content voice - E-commerce / pre-order campaign experience This position may translate to full time engagement after 3 months probation period.
