Assistant Video Editor Needed for Footage Review & Assembly Edit

I am looking for a reliable and detail-oriented assistant editor to help organize and prepare footage for a film project. This is primarily a footage review and assembly role rather than a full creative editing position. The main responsibility will be going through raw footage, identifying the strongest takes, and placing selected clips onto a Premiere Pro timeline in an organized manner. Responsibilities: - Review raw footage and identify usable takes. - Select the best moments from each clip. - Organize footage and sequences within Adobe Premiere Pro. - Create assembly timelines based on provided instructions. - Label and organize clips clearly for later stages of post-production. - Maintain good project organization and attention to detail. Requirements - Proficiency with Adobe Premiere Pro. - Ability to work efficiently with large amounts of footage. - Good judgment when selecting the strongest takes and performances. - Strong organizational skills. - Reliable communication and ability to follow instructions. Important This is not a high-end creative editing role involving complex transitions, visual effects, motion graphics, or final picture editing. The work is primarily focused on reviewing footage, selecting the best clips, and assembling them into organized timelines.
