Summary

We are currently seeking Icelandic-speaking participants to support an AI Conversation Evaluation Project and would like to invite you to take part. The project involves conducting short, customer service-style phone conversations using predefined Icelandic-language scenarios and scripts through a dedicated platform. Participants will be assigned either an Agent or Customer role, complete a series of calls, and evaluate the AI-generated responses and outputs. All activities, including calls and evaluations, are completed entirely within the project platform.
