Assistant (E-commerce / Brand Operations)

We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Assistant to support the daily operations of our brand. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced e-commerce environment and wants to grow alongside a brand. Responsibilities include: - Updating offers, prices, and discounts on the website during campaigns and sales - Making quick adjustments to product pages and promotions - Checking invoices and orders for accuracy - Creating and maintaining lists of potential collaborations (influencers, creators, partners) - Supporting ongoing marketing and operational tasks - Assisting with ad-hoc tasks as needed to keep things running smoothly What we’re looking for: - Highly organized and detail-oriented - Able to work independently and respond quickly when needed - Comfortable working with e-commerce platforms (Shopify experience is a plus) - Good communication skills - Proactive mindset and problem-solving attitude If you’re someone who likes structure, speed, and variety, and wants to be part of a growing brand, we’d love to hear from you.
