AI Assisted Architectural Visualization + Reel Creation

We’re looking for a highly skilled creative collaborator to assist with AI-assisted architectural visualization reels and marketing content for commercial real estate projects. The work will involve building short cinematic videos, AI-enhanced motion sequences, and test-fit style visual content using existing architectural renderings, floorplans, and design assets. This is not generic AI content work. Strong architectural understanding, composition, realism, and visual restraint are critical. Scope may include: • AI-assisted image-to-video sequences • Cinematic architectural reels • Test-fit visualization concepts • Motion enhancement of existing renderings • Camera movement and visual storytelling • Compositing and editing • Maintaining architectural consistency and realism • Marketing/social-ready content outputs Ideal candidate: • Strong eye for architecture, lighting, composition, and realism • Experience with AI video/image workflows • Experience working with architectural renderings or real estate marketing • Able to create refined, premium-looking content rather than flashy AI visuals • Comfortable working collaboratively within an existing visual direction Helpful tools/workflows may include: Runway, Veo, Kling, Midjourney, Stable Diffusion workflows, After Effects, Premiere, Resolve, ComfyUI, or similar.
