Associate Consultant (Client Engagement & Internal Support)

We are seeking a capable Associate Consultant to assist with a key Client Engagement and content initiatives beginning July 1, 2026. This role requires a mix of analytical skills, research, presentation creation, and project management coordination to ensure smooth delivery. You will be working closely with the project lead and a technical team to keep the client engagement on track, while also assisting with content creation for our publication, The AI Edge. ***Key Responsibilities*** Client Engagement Support: Handling data preparation and conducting spreadsheet analyses. Building PowerPoint decks for specific analyses and creating weekly project update decks for client meetings. Orchestrating the project, following up with the technical team, and ensuring deliverables are met. Content Creation: Assisting with drafting articles for The AI Edge. Utilizing AI tools to streamline research and writing processes for these publications. Ad Hoc Support: Assisting with other business-related assignments as needed. ***Requirements*** Prior work experience at Bain & Co, ZS Associates, BCG, McKinsey & Co. or similar strategy consulting firms. Strong proficiency in Excel/Spreadsheets for data prep and analytics. Expertise in PowerPoint for creating professional client-facing presentations. Experience in Project Management (tracking progress, coordinating teams). Familiarity with AI tools for productivity and content generation. ***Availability*** Must be available for synchronous meetings during US Business Hours, especially during the initial days of the engagement. Thereafter we have flexibility for scheduling. ***Logistics*** Workload: 15 hours per week Start Date: July 1, 2026.
