Attio CRM Architect — Deep Taxonomy Build & Automation (Family Office Intelligence Platform)

Sudhoff Advisors is a boutique family office advisory firm building a proprietary intelligence and matchmaking platform. We have a fully operational Attio CRM with six objects (Family Offices, Deals, People, Companies, Advisors, Operators & Sponsors), a live Capital Formation Pipeline list, and several automations already running. We have a complete v5 knowledge graph taxonomy — seven dimensions, 500+ tags across sectors like semiconductors, consumer beverage, LTL trucking, industrial real estate by MSA — that needs to be built into Attio so records are searchable and matchable at that level of specificity. This is not a setup role. Attio is already built. What we need is an expert who can take our existing field architecture and expand it significantly — adding hundreds of new select options across multiselect fields, building new dimensions that don't yet exist (Origin/Source of Wealth, Strategic Value Profile, Family Governance Stage, Philanthropic Focus at MSA-level geographic detail), and creating filtered views and saved searches that make the knowledge graph queryable. You will receive full taxonomy documentation, field-by-field specs, and access to our Notion workspace with all SOPs. The second component is automation. We have Claude-powered automations partially designed with prompts already written, and need someone to build the server-side trigger layer using n8n or Make.com. Specifically: email monitoring triggers for two dedicated inboxes, Attio write-back workflows, Clay workspace setup and Attio enrichment connection, and a reliable server-side scheduling layer for a daily intelligence sync currently running on a desktop dependency. Required: Deep Attio expertise (Attio specifically — not HubSpot or Salesforce). Experience building complex multiselect taxonomies and filtered views. Strong n8n or Make.com for server-side automation. Clay + Attio integration experience is a strong plus. Alternative investments or financial services background is a bonus — we provide all domain context. This is ongoing part-time work, 10–20 hours per week to start, with strong potential to grow as the platform develops.
