CA Attorney Needed — Brief Consultation on Mobile Home Park / Disability Housing Accommodation

I need a one-time paid consultation with a California-licensed attorney to review my approach before I submit paperwork to my mobile home community's business office. Situation: I'm moving into my parents' home at a mobile home community in Fallbrook, CA to serve as their live-in caregiver.
