Attorney Needed to Review an Influencer Agreement

MONOCURE CORP, a Florida-based household cleaning products company, is seeking a U.S.-licensed attorney to review and revise an existing Influencer/Content Creator Agreement. The agreement will be used with U.S.-based influencers promoting our products through social media, Amazon, and other online channels. Scope of work: Review the existing agreement from the brand’s perspective. Identify key legal and commercial risks. Make necessary revisions using Track Changes. Check compliance with U.S. law and FTC Endorsement Guides. Review clauses covering: deliverables and deadlines; content approval and product claims; advertising disclosures; compensation and refunds; intellectual property and content usage rights; paid advertising and content modification; confidentiality and exclusivity; termination and breach; indemnification and limitation of liability; independent contractor status; Florida governing law and dispute resolution. Required deliverables: Redlined Word version; Clean revised Word version; Short summary of the main risks and recommendations; One round of follow-up questions. Requirements: Active license to practice law in the United States; Experience reviewing commercial, influencer, creator, advertising, or affiliate agreements; Knowledge of FTC advertising and disclosure requirements; Experience with Florida-governed contracts is preferred.
