Summary

Attorney Needed for Limited-Scope Demand Letter to LSAC Regarding LSAT Score Holds Job Description I am looking for a licensed U.S. attorney to provide assistance with a demand letter to the Law School Admission Council (LSAC) regarding unresolved LSAT score holds. I took the April 2026 LSAT, and my score remains on hold. I have also received a score hold notice for my June 2026 LSAT. LSAC has stated that my sessions are intact and that my test answers were recorded properly, but it has not provided a specific explanation for the holds or a firm timeline for resolution. I am not looking to begin litigation at this stage. I am seeking assistance with one focused attorney letter requesting that LSAC provide: A firm date by which each score will be released or a final determination will be made; The basis for each score hold; Whether LSAC needs any additional information from me to complete its review; and A statement explaining how the continuing delays have affected my law school application timeline, exam schedule, and work schedule. The ongoing delays are affecting my law school admissions planning, application timeline, and work schedule. I have already contacted LSAC directly multiple times and responded to LSAC’s questionnaire. Scope of Work The requested work is limited to: Reviewing a short timeline and relevant LSAC email correspondence; Reviewing the relevant LSAC Candidate Agreement provisions as needed; Drafting and sending one demand letter to LSAC on attorney letterhead regarding the April and June score holds; Contacting or emailing LSAC’s legal counsel if appropriate or if LSAC redirects the matter there. Preferred Qualifications Preferred qualifications include: Licensed U.S. attorney; Experience with education law, testing organizations, administrative disputes, consumer protection, contract issues, or demand letters; Willingness to offer a flat fee or clearly capped fee for this task. Budget Cost is a serious concern, so I am looking for a flat-fee or capped-fee arrangement for one demand letter. Please include your proposed fee and whether the letter would be sent directly from your office or only drafted for me to send. To Apply, Please Answer Are you licensed to practice law in the United States? If so, in which state(s)? Have you handled demand letters or disputes involving schools, testing organizations, professional exams, or administrative review processes? Would you send the letter directly from your office, or only draft it for me to send? Would you be willing to contact or email LSAC legal counsel if appropriate? What flat fee or capped fee would you charge for this demand letter? How quickly could you review the documents and prepare the letter?
