Attorney Outreach & Marketing Specialist — Immigration Psychological Evaluation Practice & SEO

About Us: We are a growing mental health practice specializing in immigration psychological evaluations (VAWA, Asylum, U-Visa, T-Visa) based in New York. We serve a diverse client base including Spanish-speaking immigrants and work closely with immigration attorneys across the country. About the Role: We are looking for a motivated, and professional virtual assistant to help grow our practice and keep operations running smoothly. This is a part-time role with the potential to grow into a long-term position as our practice expands. Your responsibilities will include: Marketing: Basic SEO updates and website content management Managing and updating our website (WordPress) Social media presence (LinkedIn, Google Business) Researching and reaching out to immigration attorneys and law firms to build referral relationships Following up professionally with legal staff and attorneys via email and phone Administrative: Managing emails and responding to inquiries Scheduling client appointments Basic payment tracking and invoicing What we are looking for: Fluent in both English — written and spoken Professional and confident communicator, especially with attorneys and legal staff Experience with basic SEO or WordPress is a plus Sales or outreach experience is a strong plus Organized, reliable, and proactive Experience in healthcare, mental health, or legal fields is a bonus but not required This is NOT the right role if you: Are only strong in one skill area Are not comfortable making outreach calls and emails to law firms Cannot communicate professionally in English with attorneys
