Attorney Outreach Specialist – Immigration Services (U.S.-Based)

Synergy Immigration Services (SIS) is a specialized back-office immigration support company serving U.S. an d Canadian immigration law firms. We handle the operational, administrative, and process-heavy side of immigration case management — freeing attorneys to focus on practicing law. We are expanding in the U.S. market and need a polished outreach professional to introduce our outsourcing services to immigration attorneys and law firms. 𝐖𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐘𝐨𝐮'𝐥𝐥 𝐃𝐨 This is a relationship-building role, not a call center role. ➔ Make 5–15 strategic outbound calls per week to immigration attorneys and law firms ➔ Introduce SIS and communicate our outsourcing value proposition ➔ Qualify prospects and schedule introductory discovery meetings with SIS leadership ➔ Maintain accurate CRM records and follow up with warm prospects ➔ Provide feedback on attorney objections and market trends 𝐖𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐖𝐞'𝐫𝐞 𝐋𝐨𝐨𝐤𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐅𝐨𝐫 𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐝: ➔ U.S.-based ➔ Proven experience in outbound calling, appointment setting, or B2B business development ➔ Professional phone presence — comfortable engaging at the attorney/partner level ➔ Strong written and verbal English communication ➔ Self-managed, organized, and disciplined in a remote environment ➔ Experience with CRM systems 𝐍𝐢𝐜𝐞 𝐭𝐨 𝐇𝐚𝐯𝐞: ➔ Experience with law firms or legal services ➔ Familiarity with U.S. immigration terminology ➔ Background in professional services sales 𝐀𝐛𝐨𝐮𝐭 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐑𝐨𝐥𝐞 ➔ Type: Contract / Freelance ➔ Location: Remote (U.S.-based required) ➔ Hours: Flexible, part-time to start ➔ Rate: [YOUR RATE HERE] 𝐖𝐡𝐲 𝐒𝐈𝐒?
