Remote Construction Legal Documentation Specialist We are looking for an experienced attorney or paralegal based in Philippines with experience supporting U.S. and California construction-related legal documentation. Responsibilities: * Prepare and organize construction-related legal documents * Assist with contracts, agreements, notices, and other construction documentation * Research U.S. and California construction requirements * Review documents for completeness and consistency * Assist with legal research and document preparation * Organize supporting documents and exhibits Requirements: * Attorney or paralegal experience * Experience with U.S. and California construction documentation * Strong written English * Excellent attention to detail * Ability to research independently * Experience working remotely with U.S. companies or attorneys To Apply, please provide: * Your legal/paralegal background * Years of experience * U.S./California construction experience * 3 references * 3 relevant work samples with confidential information removed * Hourly rate and availability
