As a non-U.S. resident based in France, we need guidance and execution through the necessary state filing process. Responsibilities include: Preparing and filing the Articles of Dissolution with the Wyoming Secretary of State. Ensuring compliance with state regulations for a clean closure. Confirming the company is officially dissolved and providing the final Certificate of Dissolution. Requirements: Proven experience with Wyoming Secretary of State corporate filings.
