IP Attorney/ USPTO licensed Attorney

We are seeking an experienced IP Attorney licensed by the USPTO to assist with various intellectual property matters. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in trademark and patent law and be able to provide expert legal advice and representation. Responsibilities include conducting legal research, drafting legal documents, and advising on corporate law matters. The candidate should be able to work independently and provide timely, effective solutions. All applications have been filed; all we need is someone with the right experience and credentials to get into the system and fix those applications with the right class. Those applications were filed under class 35; we need to add class 25 or swap 35 to 25. Please note that we will entertain only those with a USPTO license, as we do not want to waste anyone's time.
