Legal Observer for Criminal Reporting to Police Department

Overview I am seeking a legal observer to join a three-way phone call with the Anne Arundel County Police Department in Maryland as I file a police report for a serious incident. Your job would be to listen, take independent notes, and let the precinct know a trained legal professional is documenting the interaction. It is a completely contained, one-time task. Scope of work (1) phone consultation before the call, (2) be present on the three-way call during the report, (3) review of the final report details after filing, and (4) debrief after the phone call. Additional information - I have a complete forensic archive ready for immediate review. - I need to have a legal professional present on the call to prevent administrative gatekeeping or constitutional rights violations. -There is potential for ongoing collaboration.
