Audio Cleanup, ADR Integration, Stereo Mix & M&E Track for Independent Feature Film

I'm looking for an experienced audio post-production professional to help finish an independent narrative feature film. The film is already shot, and the primary need is cleaning up and polishing the dialogue, identifying any lines that should be replaced with ADR, integrating ADR recordings that I provide, and delivering a professional final stereo mix. The current runtime is 83min, but will be locked at ~86min with transitions added. Most of the audio issues are fairly typical: background noise, room reverb, occasional clothing rustle, and lines that need ADR due to clipping or distortion (some scenes shot in server rooms). A professional sound designer who reviewed the film believes most of the cleanup can be handled with modern restoration tools such as iZotope RX, Supertone Clear, or similar software.
