Set in the small Oregon town of Baywood Springs, the game will feature a rich, immersive world filled with memorable characters, various stories, and well-crafted locations. As an Audio Composer / Designer on this project, you will have the creative freedom to bring the world of Small Town Barista to life through sound - Music, SFX, and Ambience. You will shape the tone and immersive experience of the game. You will craft a rich audio that captures the feeling of a cozy café, the quiet stillness of a library, the energy of bustling streets, everyday moments, intimacy, conflicts, and the ever-changing atmosphere of weather and time. The music direction for this project leans toward a warm, emotional, and atmospheric sound with a Pacific Northwest (Oregon) influence. I'm looking for a blend of lo-fi, acoustic, and ambient styles - soft piano, minimal drums, gentle guitar, subtle synth textures, and light percussion. The soundtrack should have melodies that enhance storytelling without overpowering it. The music should evoke a sense of comfort, nostalgia, and quiet introspection.
